Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice ("no-shows") will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In such cases, a late cancellation fee of at least 50% of the scheduled service cost may apply.
